STEPS

1. Download Nokia PC suite ( CLICK HERE )

(DOWNLOAD LATEST NOKIA SUITE FROM THE LINK ABOVE ) and install.

2. Insert any sim in the modem And open the modem software.

3. 'Invalid sim will be displayed'. Just Ignore it and close the modem software.

4. Now run the NOKIA PC SUITE  and click on a Spanner icon or Settings to Configure

5. Select your Modem from the list off  Modems displayed

6. Input your Sim's Operator Apn  ...depending on the Sim Card in use
